Is dischargeRx just for after surgery?

No. Use a recovery plan for a defined course of care, or a maintenance plan for ongoing medications and daily routines.

Can I use it without an account or internet?

Yes. Manually organize your plan, view your schedule, and log care on your device. Scanning, backup, and connected family sharing require an account and internet access.

Will it tell me what medication to take?

dischargeRx organizes instructions from your care team. It does not prescribe, diagnose, or recommend doses. Review every imported item against your original instructions before scheduling it.

Will reminders work when my iPhone is silent?

Reminder delivery depends on notification permissions, Focus, silent mode, and other iPhone settings. dischargeRx does not promise to bypass silent mode or Do Not Disturb.

What can my family see?

You choose permissions for each connected helper. They can see the information you allow when they open the app. The app does not currently send push notifications to helpers.

How do I get the iPhone app?
