Features

Your care, together in one plan.

Medications, care tasks and ongoing routines belong to the same day. Keep your own instructions in order, with reminders and a record of what was marked done.

Medications

The details from your own label.

Keep instructions together.

Add the medication name, prescribed dose, strength and instructions, including notes about food or water. Save prescriber, pharmacy and refill details when you have them.

Schedule your routine.

Use fixed times, repeating intervals or selected days. Record as-needed doses separately, without automatic scheduled reminders. Templates leave medicines “As prescribed” until you enter your own orders.

Daily care and reminders

Most of the plan isn’t pills.

Care beyond medications.

Organize wound care, dressing changes, ice therapy, walks, breathing exercises, blood pressure or blood sugar checks, hydration, meals, appointments, refills and custom care tasks.

Today shows what’s next. Missed steps stay visible so you can follow up.

Instructions when a step is due.

Open a reminder for large completion, snooze and Need help controls. Need help can call a saved contact with a dialable number. Sound, vibration and in-app voice options depend on your settings.

dischargeRx checks reminder permissions and shows known problems. It cannot promise to override silent mode or Do Not Disturb.

Who dischargeRx is for

If it’s your care

Less to remember. Still your plan.

  • One plan in place of a folder of papers. Start from one of 42 recovery templates or a photo of your instructions, and check every step before it’s scheduled.
  • A reminder when each step is due, with its instructions.
  • Today shows only what’s next.
  • You decide who sees what, and you can pause anyone.

Not only after surgery

Some routines don’t have an end date.

Twelve templates cover care that keeps going, like high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, asthma or a thyroid condition. They have no finish line and no countdown, and the app doesn’t talk about recovery. Monitoring steps say what to record, never what the number should be.

This is Ann’s Today, on a plan for high blood pressure: “Here’s your day,” not a countdown. A recovery plan and an ongoing one can sit side by side, and more than one active plan is part of Premium.

Today for a different person, Ann, on a maintenance plan for high blood pressure: Here’s your day, 2 care steps today. Up next at 8:00 AM, blood pressure medication, As prescribed.

History and progress

A record you can look back on.

See what was recorded.

History keeps completions, missed steps and other logged care actions. Review the day, week or month. It records what you or a permitted helper marked in the app, rather than independently verifying care.

Bring the bigger picture.

Premium adds the recovery timeline and a printable or shareable doctor-visit PDF based on your recorded history. Refill estimates use the supply and schedule details you enter to help you decide when to contact the pharmacy.

Made for a hard day

Larger when you need it. Darker at night.

Text can be up to 30% larger, on top of your phone’s own setting. There’s a dark appearance, reduced motion, and reminders that can be spoken aloud. Every status comes with words, not only a colour.

Today with extra-large text: Good morning, Robert. You’re all set.
